Posted by Carole Elsworth on

One of the joys of running the shop is meeting such a wide range of truly inspiring and creative customers - especially those who quietly disclose that they "make something themselves" and transpire to be exceptionally talented people!
I will introduce some of them to you here through this series of posts ...

Rachel is first on the list as reading her  blog and following her work has been a great source of inspiration for me. I find her enthusiasm for all things paper and bookish wonderfully inspiring and infectious.

She first called into the shop while visiting Penzance in summer and we talked of waxed cotton string and Irish linen threads, Herbin inks and brass paper scissors ...

Rachel has training in bookbinding, book art and print making. Alongside her commercial commissions and installations she runs a fantastic selection of workshops, e-courses and tours including the romantically named Love Letters to Paris...
